The town of Quilly, in France (44), is the first town in France to receive the installation of a lamp post from the new AKKOR range developed by Novea Energies. This first AKKOR was installed in the hamlet of La Crochardais, in order to secure a bus shelter.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThis light column is equipped with four high-efficiency solar panels, each with 25 Wp, perfectly integrated into the structure of the column, a 345 Wh storage battery located in the mast and a remote Tekk S LED luminaire.\r\n\r\nThis streetlight provides quality lighting to secure the shelter at the Crochardais. For this purpose, it illuminates at full power for two hours after dusk and two hours before dawn. Between these two lighting periods, the number of passengers is extremely low, as the AKKOR Tekk 1.4 is switched off when the bus is not in use, in order to adapt its lighting to the needs of the area.\r\n\r\nRational lighting is important for the environment, flora and fauna, but it also has the advantage of extending the service life of lamppost components such as the battery and luminaire, which are only used at full power when necessary. Extending the service life of the components has a clear economic advantage, but it also reduces the need for recycling and limits the production of replacement components.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAs well as the COMBI TOP range of lampposts, the installation of an AKKOR lamppost does not involve heavy road works (trenching, track repair, network installation), which has simplified and limited the cost of the installation.\r\n\r\nPublic lighting powered by solar energy is also a solution to limit the environmental impact of lighting, as it is an alternative to the consumption of fossil and polluting energy. Moreover, the operation of these totally autonomous street lighting columns does not require any subscription from an electricity supplier.\r\n\r\nThe AKKOR range responds to the current problem of combining energy saving and aesthetics.
