The municipality of Saint Aignan de Grand Lieu, in Loire Atlantique department (France), has chosen to secure two pedestrian paths by lighting them with one of Novéa Énergies' autonomous solutions.\r\n\r\nThe first zone is the pedestrian walkway leading to the multi-purpose room from La Pavelle. Now a MULTI 6 solar power station supplying twelve Baïa R luminous bollards. The MULTI 6 power station is equipped with a 270 Wp photovoltaic solar panel on a four-meter mast, and a 2,816 Wh battery at the bottom of the mast to supply the seven Baïa R terminals of the Ragni range.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe second area concerned is the path between Saint Amani Square and Rue des Aigrettes. Seven Baïa R light bollards and a MULTI 5 Novéa Énergies solar power station to supply them have been installed along this path. The MULTI 5 power station is equipped with a 540 Wp photovoltaic solar panel on a four-meter mast, and a 2,816 Wh battery at the bottom of the mast to supply the twelve Baïa R terminals of the Ragni range connected to it.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe Baïa bollards have been chosen for their aesthetics and their format, which allows them to blend in as well as possible with the wooded and natural landscape of these places.\r\n\r\nThe nineteen bollards mark out the paths from dusk to dawn, thanks to dimming mode at 5%. A presence detection system is associated to provide full power lighting whenever a user is walking on these lanes. This program provides lighting adapted to the needs of the users, ensuring their safety without lighting at full power when it is not needed.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe MULTI solar power station system proposed by Novéa Energies is an innovative and simple to implement solution, which makes it possible to remotely produce energy from light points, in this case the Baïa R bollards. Solar energy is transmitted from the power station to the luminaires using a very low voltage network (24 Volts) which simplifies civil engineering work compared to traditional cable lighting which requires a 220 V network.\r\n\r\nThe operation of these autonomous street lamps does not require any electricity subscription to an energy supplier, as they are powered by the solar energy developed by the power station, in this case MULTI 5 and MULTI 6, which is an energy autonomous lighting solution that reduces the environmental impact while maintaining light comfort and user safety.\r\n\r\nThe MULTI solution is particularly appreciated in areas where it is difficult to install completely autonomous streetlights due to the presence of trees or buildings, for example, which can hinder solar gains.
