THE TERRASSON SPORTS PARK (24) IS EQUIPPED WITH SOLAR STREET LIGHTS

The Terrasson-Lavilledieu sports park, in the Dordogne (24 – France), is now equipped with 19 solar autonomous street lamps. These are Combi Top 3 single stick sets with Tekk S lighting with a light height of six meters. Each solar panel has a power of 160 Wp and a battery of 704 Wh.

Novea won this tender for its best quality / price ratio. Indeed the unique service life of more than 20 years Endurance + battery significantly limits maintenance costs while the competition brings a maximum life of 10 years. Our 10 year warranty proves the reliability of our solution. In addition, the performance of the Novea luminaires has reduced the power of the solar panel and the capacity of the battery, which also reduces the cost of the assembly.

The quality lighting provided by the Novea Energies solar energy street lights ensures the comfort and safety of the users of the sports park. As far as their operation is concerned, the luminaires turn on at full power during the first hours of the night, before switching to reduced mode with presence detection to switch to full power when a presence is detected.

Public lighting powered by solar energy has the advantage of being an ecological solution. It is an alternative to the consumption of fossil and polluting energies, which thus makes it possible to limit the environmental impacts by offering an alternative to the consumption of fossil and polluting energies.
