The N'GEA district's playground in Nouméa (New Caledonia) is now equipped with five COMBI TOP 3 streetlights. The lighting provided by these lampposts makes it possible to ensure the comfort and safety of users in the playground at dusk. These five lampposts are the first Novéa solar street lights installed in New Caledonia. These COMBI TOP 3 are equipped with a 150 Wp solar photovoltaic panel positioned at the top of the mast, and a battery (stored under the solar panel) of 819 Wh. The luminaires that equip these lamp posts, with a light height of 6 meters, are TEKK S. Four lampposts are single stick and the fifth has a double bracket. The color chosen for these sets is RAL 7037, dust gray. The floor lamp provides a marking of the playground throughout the night, thanks to a 10% dimming mode. The lampposts are equipped with a presence detection device to trigger lighting at full power for one minute as soon as a user is detected. These five solar street lights ensure the comfort and safety of users, adults and children, N'Géa's playground and parking dedicated to it. The autonomous lighting solution was the most suitable for this playground, because unlike the traditional network lighting that requires heavy work, an autonomous lamppost only requires a concrete block for its ground anchoring. In addition, no subscription to an electricity supplier is required. The solar autonomous also has an ecological advantage, because it is an alternative solution to the consumption of fossil fuels. The use of an autonomous solar energy solution limits the environmental impacts of street lighting. The Novéa Énergies solar streetlights are equipped with batteries endurance + technology, developed after 6 years of research and development in partnership with the energy storage laboratory of C.E.A. (Commission of Atomic Energy) of Grenoble. Our Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries offer the longest life of the market (more than 22 years in the limit of an overall capacity loss of 20%), which means less component replacement, so less production and waste management and thus a limited impact on the environment. The Novéa Énergies lampposts are EN40 approved and perfectly sized for cyclone zones such as New Caledonia. We carry out a mechanical study which guarantees a safe installation of the street light and its maintenance in time. Indeed, windy taking of the solar panel and its weight require us to study precisely the mechanical strength of the whole. We make calculation notes for pole and concrete blocks; taking into account the model of the solar lamppost, the geographical area and the nature of the soil; to validate the mechanical strength of the pole according to the wind zone of the installation site and its anchoring in the ground.
