CIRA IMMO launches an innovative program of high-end residences in Mali. In this innovative dynamic, the lighting for this project is provided by NOVÉA solar street lamps. The CIRA Residence new real estate program is located at the entrance to Sébénicoro, less than ten minutes from the ACI 2000 district. The site is served by the recently asphalted RN5 national road, which has been widened to 2x2 lanes with public lighting. This real estate project extends over nearly ten hectares on which 92 luxury villas, a caretaker's lodge, a market, a lounge restaurant, a spa, a gymnasium, a swimming pool, etc. will be built. The Résidence CIRA project aims to be innovative and accessible in terms of reducing its environmental impact, which is why the choice of lighting was quite naturally made for autonomous solar-powered streetlights. Thus, 30 COMBI TOP 3 equipped with GRIFF S luminaires with a light height of six meters, equipped with a 160 Wp solar panel and an 819 Wh battery located in a box at the head of the mast are currently being installed in this building complex. The lampposts are being installed as part of the program, which is still under construction. All of these light points light up at dusk and illuminate at full power for five hours. During the rest of the night, when there are fewer visitors, the zones are marked out by keeping the luminaires on standby at 50% of full power. This dimming mode, which is triggered during periods when there is little need, provides appropriate lighting to limit nuisance and also extends the life of the lamppost's components, such as the battery and luminaire. NOVEA lampposts are equipped with batteries featuring Endurance + technology, which is scientifically recognised as the most efficient and best suited to the solar street lighting market thanks to its Lithium LiFePO4 cells and its unique energy flow management. The solar street lights are completely autonomous, which means that they are not subject to the instability of the electricity grid, and thus offer constant, high-quality lighting thanks to the solar deposit that Mali offers and to its high-quality energy storage technology. Moreover, the installation of the autonomous lampposts is simple, as only a concrete base is needed to anchor them to the ground.
